“E-Baganuur” project will be used
The Government of Mongolia and the capital have started implementing the Digital Mongolia program aimed at bringing government services closer to citizens and reducing bureaucracy. The district governor has held several meetings about cooperation with ICT Group JSC since last year.
As a result, joint work is being implemented to create smart wells and qualified public transport. Also, teachers, parents and students can meet online, parents can monitor their children, implement an electronic project to deliver information on various aspects of the school to parents, deliver garbage collection schedule and well distribution information, and quickly receive citizens’ feedback. We are going to cooperate with the ICT group to implement such tasks as the first step.
Today, a joint meeting was held with ICT Group JSC, information about their products and services was delivered to the district authorities, and a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the District Governor S. Davasuren.
The meeting was attended by T. Otgonbold, District Council Chairman, District Governor S. Davaasuren, representatives of the District Council, B. Tamir, Director of Cooperation and Marketing of ICT Group JSC, G. Tulga, Executive Director of SIM LLC, E-District project coordinator K. Satigul, Marketing Manager B. Anand, Head of the Office of the District Assembly, Head of the Governor’s Office, experts, heads of related organizations, and IT staff participated.
ICTG JSC has more than 50 subsidiaries and delivers more than 200 products and services of national IT software and hardware operations to 2.8 million customers. The company has experience in the development of electronic or digital signatures by the Ministry of Electronic Development, E-Mongolia, and is one of the companies that has received digital signature rights.
In the future, the implementation of the project will be significant as it will enable citizens to access all public services, such as paying electricity, water, and electricity bills, viewing information, etc., from one application and website.
